Clear rules for privacy, creative rights and safer guest links.
This page explains the studio’s operating guidelines and accountability process. Project-specific rights, fees, cancellations, data handling and delivery terms are confirmed in a written agreement.
Privacy notice
The enquiry forms on this website do not store submissions in a studio database. Opening WhatsApp prepares a formatted message but does not submit an enquiry automatically: you must review it and tap Send. WhatsApp and your device then handle that communication under their own terms.
- The quickest enquiry asks only for the wedding date and required service. The detailed form is an optional alternative.
- We use received enquiry information to respond, recommend scope, prepare proposals and manage requested follow-up.
- Button clicks and received WhatsApp conversations are measured separately; a click is not counted as a submitted enquiry.
- We do not add enquiry details to marketing lists without separate consent.
- You may contact us to correct or delete enquiry information retained in our email, WhatsApp or project records, subject to lawful record-keeping needs.
- For privacy questions, email theindianweddingstudio@gmail.com.
Guest data
Celebrity Concepts contain fictional celebrations with working demo forms. RSVP entries are saved by the studio; wish-wall names and messages are saved and displayed publicly. Please use sample details and avoid private or sensitive information in these demonstrations. Contact the studio to request deletion.
RSVP and travel systems are designed around data minimisation. The client’s project agreement identifies the information required, authorised coordinators and retention period.
- Standard RSVP forms may collect attendance, party size, meal preference, travel and accommodation information.
- Public demonstration forms are marked as samples. Do not enter real guest, contact, travel or accommodation information in them.
- Some interactive portfolio concepts store sample entries or uploaded images only in the visitor’s browser. These do not sync to the studio or a planner, and the concept discloses that behaviour beside the control.
- Production responses are stored in a restricted dashboard available only to the studio and named authorised coordinators; guest lists are never displayed on the public invitation site.
- Before launch, the production RSVP is test-submitted, checked from an authorised dashboard session, updated where supported and reviewed from an unauthorised session to confirm access is blocked.
- We do not request Aadhaar, passport, banking or identity documents through a general RSVP form.
- Guest data is transferred or deleted within 30 days after the wedding unless a different written period is necessary.
- Guest or couple information is not used for marketing without separate consent.
- Children’s photographs and information are treated as private and require appropriate guardian consent.
Portfolio labels
Portfolio labels describe the true relationship behind each project.
- Fictional Concept uses invented names, dates and sample data to demonstrate a service.
- Personal Project is a self-initiated design study or a supplied story explored outside a paid client commission.
- Client Commission means paid work displayed only with written client permission.
- Sample dashboards and demonstration response totals are never presented as customer results.
- The studio does not publish testimonials, performance claims or client logos without permission and evidence.
Founder & approval
The Indian Wedding Studio is founder-led by Sukhmaninder Brar. One named family member or planner is appointed as the authorised approver for each project.
- The approver confirms names, dates, times, venues, cultural wording, imagery and map links before production release.
- The studio checks forms, links, mobile display and authorised dashboard access before launch.
- Approval is recorded by email, WhatsApp or the agreed project channel.
- No project is described as approved, commissioned or successful without a record that supports that statement.
Copyright & AI
Every project must use original work, properly licensed assets or client-supplied material the client has permission to use.
- Clients confirm that supplied text, photographs, logos and music may legally be used for the project.
- Commercial songs, including Bollywood recordings, are not placed in downloadable invitations without appropriate permission.
- Platform-only music licences may not cover a downloadable MP4 or invitation website.
- Consent is required before creating AI portraits from client photographs.
- Material AI-generated portraits or illustrations are disclosed in the approval proof and may be rejected for inaccuracies.
- The studio does not imitate a living artist’s or competitor’s exact style or copy another design element by element.
- Editable-file rights do not override third-party font, template, stock or platform licence restrictions.
Cyber safety
Guests receive a readable HTTPS link and normal MP4, PDF, JPG or PNG files.
- We avoid generic shortened links that hide the true website address.
- Two-factor authentication is used where supported on email, cloud storage, website and payment accounts.
- Requests to change payment details should be verified by voice call using the known studio number: +91 98767 18214.
- Guest forms remain separate from payment collection.
- If a suspicious file, link or account takeover is reported, distribution is paused and access is revoked while the issue is investigated.
- Guests can verify an invitation link using the phone number or email published on this website.
Commercial framework
The final service agreement is authoritative for each project. The standard starting framework is:
- 50% is due with the signed scope to reserve the production slot and begin; 30% is due after the agreed design or functional preview; the final 20% is due after approval and before unwatermarked files or the public link are released.
- The delivery clock begins only after the start payment and one complete approved content set are received. Late, incomplete or changed content may move the delivery date.
- One named approver consolidates comments from both families. One revision round means one consolidated list submitted within the stated review period.
- The package includes only the listed deliverables and review rounds. Higher-priced packages are not automatically cumulative unless the package expressly says it includes the lower scope.
- Studio-created factual or setup errors are corrected within the stated support window. Client changes to previously approved content, new events, languages, concepts or review rounds require a change order.
- Included hosting starts on the agreed public launch date. The project confirmation states the calendar end date; a renewal quote is shared at least 14 days before expiry. Without renewal, the site may be archived or taken offline. Client-owned domain renewal remains separate.
- The studio builds and tests RSVP forms and restricted dashboards. The family or planner remains responsible for distributing the link, monitoring responses, contacting non-responders and answering guest-specific questions unless a separate written guest-follow-up service is purchased.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, late-payment, suspension, third-party platform availability, file ownership, editable-source rights and force-majeure terms are defined in the signed agreement.
