The renewal period, hosting fee and any domain cost are confirmed at least 14 days before the end date.

One post-wedding asset using the approved identity.

Delivery & support boundaries

Know what starts the clock, what support covers and who follows up.

The signed proposal records the exact launch date, hosting end date and any project-specific exceptions.

Content before production

The delivery clock begins after the signed scope, 50% start payment and one complete approved set of names, dates, times, venue addresses, map links, wording, photos, music rights and coordinator contacts are received. Late or changed content moves the delivery date.

Reviews and final release

One review round means one consolidated list from the named approver. Review links or files may be watermarked or private. Final unwatermarked files and the public link are released after approval and the final 20% payment.

Hosting, updates and renewal

Included hosting starts on the agreed public launch date. The calendar end date appears in the project confirmation. A renewal quote is shared at least 14 days before expiry; without renewal, the site may be archived or taken offline. Client-owned domain renewal is separate.

RSVP system—not guest chasing

The studio builds and tests the form and restricted dashboard, then grants access to named coordinators. The family or planner shares the link, monitors replies, contacts non-responders and answers guest-specific questions. Calling guests or chasing responses requires a separate written service.
