Proposal & production slot
You receive the recommended package, exclusions, timetable, hosting dates and add-ons. A signed agreement and 50% start payment reserve the production dates.
Complete content intake
One approved set of names, wording, events, venue addresses, map links, hotel details, photos and contacts is collected before the production clock begins.
Creative direction & agreed preview
We present the package’s agreed design or functional preview. Your named approver confirms the direction, facts and cultural details; the next 30% milestone is then due before full production continues.
Production & consolidated review
We build the approved cards, motion, website, forms and maps. Feedback comes back as one consolidated list per included round.
Mobile QA & final payment
Names, dates, links, maps, forms, Android, iPhone and desktop behaviour are checked. The remaining 20% is collected after final approval and before the unwatermarked files or public link are released.
Launch, aftercare & archive
You receive the final guest link, files, dashboard access and sharing guide. Included updates continue for the package window; data is then transferred, deleted or archived as agreed.

Facts
Every approved name, date, weekday, time, venue, address and map link is checked against the content proof.
Function
We submit a test RSVP through the public form, confirm it in the authorised dashboard on another session, check permitted response updates and verify that unauthorised access remains blocked.
Mobile use
The website and assets are checked for readability on Android, iPhone, desktop and slower connections.
